Every time I try to use the lunch ordering feature on the app it crashes!!!

I can only see my childs info. Per the school we are supposed to used this app to settle accounts and purchase lunches but it wont let you!!! Waste of time and money.

Simply terrible.

I dont understand the negative comments. Ive had it the last two years and I love it. Its so convenient when trying to see grades, order lunch, or make a payment while on the go.

So if you have 2 kids in different schools, like 1 in high school, 1 in elementary, this is not good. It says $4.99 per family, but its really per school. I felt cheated!

Once you enter all the login info you have to pay to proceed.

Will not let me update my yearly in app subscription.

App just sits there and doesnt do anything ... doesnt download student data, doesnt offer settings to adjust, just a splash screen. Horrible!!!

This is a great app for moms that are on the go. It allows you to quickly check homework, grades, attendance, and the school calendar!!

You cant even log in without paying 5 million dollars this apps is craps

Great tool for managing the academics of multiple children. Easy to download and use. This is my second year using it.

RenWeb just added FACTS payment back into the app for the school year, although Im not sure why it was removed. I went to pay a bill right after the update and could not... You cannot scroll down far enough to input the payment amount. Did you all not test this prior to release? Its worthless for FACTS payments at this point for this reason alone. Please rework and re-release.

I have 2 kids in 2 different schools. This app only allows one login and purchasing it again fails. Renweb website doesnt allow parental login and schools states not to use app.

The app now says that it will notify you and give you the opportunity to renew. I was not notified and certainly did not agree to the charge of $4.99. I had deleted the app months ago because my kids no longer go to the school that uses their service.

I use this app every day to monitor my childrens school assignments and grades (yes, Im that parent!!)

App should atleast have a trial phase. Its very steep for 4.99 a year. App doesnt work unless you pay subscription.

After updating, I lost features the old app had. For instance, my directory no longer gives me the option of faculty or parents. It will only access the student directory...which serves no help in emailing a teacher in a short notice. I now have to access the full website to utilize these features.

Im saddened by this app. It worked great for me to keep up with my sons schooling info last year, when it was free. But as all things go, now they want to charge a fee to use it. Too bad...

I go to school and I have to use the sight to check on my grades. The problem is when I go to check on my grades in my grade book, it will just scroll the entire page, not my grade log with my assignments and stuff. So I download the app and put in my school code and my name and everything and then it tells me " would you like to pay 5$ to use the app?" Why would we have to pay 5$ dollars if its from the school!

Thank you for the latest update fixing the calendar and directory issues. I use this app and those features daily so it was a tough time without them...now if RenWeb would only add calendar import on the ParentWeb computer version.
