Worked 1st yr. 2nd year Doesn’t work

Renew worked perfectly the first year I purchased the app. The 2nd year it was up for renewal & when I went to renew it it was take me to a screen but would not allow renewal. Tried to contact Renweb & was transferred to the App dept but never received any return. Tried to download from app store & load but the App tells me that I don’t have Parental rights.
Wish they had a dept that would return emails & provide support. At this point since I was only able to use the app the 1st year but not the 2nd year & no support is provided I give these guys a big fat F.
